Andrea Williams
Ms. Williams is the President of Exquisite Vacations Inc, an award-winning Certified Destination Weddings, Honeymoons & Events Travel Agency located in Miami, Florida.
As the lead destination wedding planner at her agency, Andrea has booked hundreds of destination weddings over the last 18 years. Her agency focuses also on family vacations, bachelorette trips, honeymoons, and social groups. Andrea sits on several travel advisory boards including the advisory board for the Jamaica Tourist Board, Global Travel Marketplace (GTM), and the Travel A.L.L.I.E.S. Society.
Tracey Manailescu
Tracey is the co-founder and Vice President of the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC inc.). She has been consulting on, planning and coordinating hundreds of weddings professionally, since she was certified in 2000.
In addition to teaching WPIC courses and planning events for WPIC Alumni, Tracey regularly speaks at Wedding and Event Industry conferences throughout the world.
Ms. Manailescu also owns the wedding planning firm, Tracey M Events. You have seen Tracey as a regular guest for Live Chats on Canada.com, in major wedding magazines and newspapers in Canada, the United States and across the Caribbean.
Tara Melvin
For over 17 years, Tara Melvin has been the creative engine and leader of Perfect Planning Events, an all-inclusive boutique event planning firm creating luxe lifestyle events with a highly personalized touch.
In 2020, Tara created history by becoming the Founder & President of the first ever non-profit association in the wedding and events industry for Black-Owned businesses, The National Society of Black Wedding & Event Professionals (NSBWEP). NSBWEP serves as a reputable foundation and resource in the industry for networking, creating change, and education for Black wedding and event professionals.
Lisa Sheldon
Lisa is the president and co-founder of DWHSA – the Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialists Association. DWHSA is the premier association for travel advisors who focus on the romance travel niche, as well as training and networking for its members. In the travel industry for 34 years, she has owned her own travel agency since 1997, where she has planned hundreds of destination weddings.
She has traveled extensively throughout North America training and speaking to travel agents and wedding planners at countless industry events on the business of romance travel. She currently serves on the Travel Institute’s Academic Council and is a member of their Professional Educator’s Program – PEP.
