Located on Paradise Island at the Sunrise Beach Club & Villas, Viola’s has a very laid-back vibe that makes it easy to lose track of time while there. The bar offers a wide range of classic cocktails as well as flavored mojitos, margaritas, plus local and international beers. However, despite having a chill atmosphere, the restaurant has a surprisingly extensive menu.

Viola’s food options range from staples like crispy calamari, mozzarella sticks, wings, conch fritters and nachos, but the menu also has a few surprising additions. Diners can enjoy flavourful options like their Grilled Conch Quesadilla that is packed with tender conch, sweet plantains and grilled vegetables, or their hearty Firecracker Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese, which is more than enough to share. If you’re looking for a bit of East Asian fare, Viola’s also offers an Orange Glazed Salmon and Honey Garlic Wings, each served with yellow fried rice. The Viola’s menu is rounded out by staples like burgers, tacos, flatbread, pastas, sandwiches, as well as a number of seafood options. 

The Viola’s Bar & Grill is open 7 days a week, from 8am-11pm.
