Located in southern Cat Island, this green and white, two-story stone structure is perched high and overlooking a delightful lake, which led to its name. It offers eight rooms, all with double beds, and the rooms are informal in style, with bright colors and island flare.
Room rates are $85.00 per night plus 10% tax. The onsite lobby restaurant prepares breakfast at 7:00 a.m., lunch at noon, and dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. You can expect delicious Bahamian dishes, with fresh fish and other seafood daily. Birding and historical tours can be arranged.
