The Blue Room Restaurant is one of the oldest locally owned establishments on Eleuthera. Years ago, many locals and visitors use to frequently enjoy disco nights, great bar conversations and entertainment. Fast forward to today it is only a restaurant. Locals especially look forward to the crispy fried chicken and fries smothered in ketchup. There's also a daily hot lunch menu available.
On Saturdays you can also enjoy mouth-watering sheep tongue souse, chicken souse, pig feet souse, or stewed fish.
