Among the famous persons who have called the Graycliff Hotel home are Sir Winston Churchill, Aristotle Onassis, Princess Caroline of Monaco, Mr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Country Singer, Kenny Rodgers.
Portions of the original structure (nearly 300 years old) are still in use today. Following your meal, you are invited to relax and savor the rest of your time at Graycliff Restaurant with a not-to-be-missed cognac or a flavorful cigar.
Open daily for dinner; lunch Monday to Friday to the public, daily to house guests; and breakfast daily for house guests.
Dining in the private dining room, the Wine Cellar and in the Chef's dining room in the kitchen can be arranged on request.
All of the dining rooms are air-conditioned. Please note that the dress code is strictly enforced at Graycliff Restaurant.
For lunch, dress is casual, on the elegant side. For dinner the dress code is elegant; jackets are suggested but not required.
No shorts allowed (dinner), and shoes must be worn at all times. Graycliff Restaurant offers a weekday, Wine Luncheon led by Graycliff's Master Sommeliers for a tasting and a tour of the hotel and restaurant's acclaimed wine collection.
Guests are welcomed with a glass of champagne enjoy a four-course gourmet repast paired with the appropriate wines.
