You will spend the day at the beautiful Marley Resort and Spa, a former mansion of The Bahamas governor. This private oceanfront home drew the attention of Bob and Rita Marley in 1976, when they were in Nassau recovering from an assassination attempt on his life. It then became their vacation home, before they turned it into a resort. Service at this private retreat is unparalleled, amid Nassaus atmosphere of relaxed and artful living. On our excursion, you will be in a private, small group and ride comfortably in an air conditioned vehicle for approximately 30 minutes on a scenic journey that will take you from Rawson Square in downtown Nassau to Cable Beach. Once you arrive at the resort, you can explore the house and lush gardens, in addition to the private gallery that offers Bob Marley memorabilia that will give you a rare glimpse of the man behind the Reggae movement. While at the resort, you can lounge by one of the pools with a cool drink in hand, listening to island style Reggae music, or take a refreshing dip in the warm waters of the beautiful beach.
