Along the roadside between Alice Town and Gregory Town, there are a number of silos owned by the Hatchet Bay Plantation that were once used for storing cow feed. They stand out against the sky and make excellent landmarks for airplane pilots flying over and boat captains steering for Hatchet Bay from Nassau on the ocean.
