The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism’s Branded Bus Campaign Elevates Visibility on London Streets

LONDON, United Kingdom (18 Jan. 2024) - The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation (BMOTIA) launched a branded bus campaign on 1 Jan. in the city of London to enhance top-of-mind awareness of The Islands of The Bahamas, while simultaneously highlighting the convenience of daily flights from London Heathrow to Nassau.

The Ministry’s strategic bus campaign, which includes over 125 branded Transport for London (TFL) buses, covers the entire geographic area of the city of London and will run for the entire month of January. BMOTIA’s campaign is in partnership with British Airways which provides daily nonstop flights from London Heathrow to Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport.

The Hon. I. Chester Cooper, Bahamas Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments & Aviation, said, "The Bahamas Branded Bus Campaign underscores the robust partnership between The Bahamas and British Airways. We take pride in presenting a taste of The Bahamas on London streets, encouraging travellers to select The Bahamas as their preferred destination."

As we showcase the beauty of The Islands of The Bahamas and strengthen our nation's global presence, we invite travellers to experience our warm hospitality and breathtaking landscapes, just a direct flight away."
