The Bahamas Flying Ambassadors
The Bahamas Flying Ambassadors are a group of seasoned private pilots with extensive experience flying to and around The Islands Of The Bahamas. With the goal of introducing new pilots to this unique thrill, the ambassadors make themselves available to share their knowledge of The Bahamas, and the ease of flying across the Gulf Stream.

Meet the pilots
Mr. Jim Parker
Jim Parker is a 6,800 hour commercial pilot who has landed his C172RG and SR22 at 125 airports in the Caribbean including most of the 40 airports in the Bahamas. Since 2004, he has helped thousands of pilots fly themselves to the Bahamas where Basic Med, experimentals and LSA’s are welcomed. His motto is “it’s easy, affordable and if you have a passport you can fly to the Bahamas tomorrow - no need for expensive handlers or trip planners.”
Mr. Eike Knall
Eike is a prominent commercial pilot and radio broadcaster, holding both FAA CPL and EASA PPL A IFR licenses. With expertise in the skies and on the airwaves, he's a versatile professional. Eike's aviation journey commenced in 2008, and he frequently jets off to The Bahamas, relishing the stunning beaches. Beyond piloting, Eike mentors young aviators, ensuring safe flights as a Safety Pilot on both D and N-registered aircraft. He's also very proud to be the first German European Flying Ambassador, representing aviation with distinction.

Mr. Craig Peyton
Craig is a New York recording artist and video producer running EarthFlight.com. A 6,000-hour Mooney pilot, based between 44N & KVNC, he has flown and filmed The Bahamas for 40 years.
Mr. Scott Cameron
Scott's first cross-country flight was in 1976 to West End, Grand Bahama Island and "the spark continues today," says the pilot, who flies to the Out Islands several times a year with his wife to enjoy fly-fishing and Bahamian rum.

Rick is a commercial pilot and CFII/MEI, as well as an avid boater and scuba diver. He's also an AOPA-authorized representative for The Bahamas.
Mr. Thierry Pouille
Owner of Air Journey and organizer of the annual Bahamas Treasure Hunts, Thierry provides assistance with eAPIS and all flight planning. He has been flying to The Islands of The Bahamas since 1984.

Mr. Mark Steinberg
A pilot with 19 years of experience, Mark enjoys helping fellow pilots experience some of the best flying destinations in the world. His favorite islands include Cat Island, Long Island, and the Exumas.
